Shipping, returns & privacy

Shipping
- Where: anywhere in the United States. (No international shipping yet.)
- Cost: Shipping included in the price. US addresses only.
- Preparation: holders are printed to order, usually within 1–3 days. Stickers are supplied by Twin City Sticker and stocked in our shop. For mixed orders, allow time for the holders to print. We will email you if preparation takes longer.
- Transit: USPS Ground Advantage, typically 3–7 business days. You'll get an email with tracking when your order ships.
- Wrong address? Email us right away with your order email and the correct address. Once a package is in the mail we can't redirect it.
Returns & replacements
- Arrived damaged or misprinted? Email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship at no charge. No need to send the original back.
- Changed your mind? We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Contact us if something is not right with your order.
- Cancellations: email us as soon as possible. We can cancel holders before printing begins and sticker-only orders before shipping.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
Materials & care
Our holders are printed in PLA. Keep them out of hot cars, dishwashers and prolonged direct sun. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. For sticker material or surface-care questions, contact us before ordering.
Privacy
We collect your name, email, shipping address and order details to fulfill your purchase. We do not request a phone number. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card credentials. We use Stripe, Cloudflare, our email delivery provider and shipping providers to process payments, host the store, communicate with you and deliver orders. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers on this site.
Our retention policy removes names, contact information, addresses, tracking, notes and detailed item text from the store's order records after 180 days from shipment, or 30 days after a cancellation and any refund are confirmed resolved. Active orders, disputes and specifically documented legal or accounting needs can require longer retention. We keep limited transaction references, dates, product IDs, quantities and totals for accounting and inventory; these records are not anonymous.
Support and shipment email stored in our admin portal becomes eligible for content removal after 30 days. Cleanup runs in small daily batches, and unresolved issues or documented holds can require longer retention. We keep minimal message and delivery references to prevent deleted messages from returning or sent messages from being sent again after recovery. Provider and forwarded mailbox copies are reviewed separately.
To request earlier removal after your order is resolved, email hello@minnesotamade3d.com. We verify the request through the original order email before acting. Store deletion does not immediately erase Stripe, carrier, email or recovery copies; we review those separately, and providers may retain records for their own legal obligations. Managed local backups expire after 30 days, while hosting recovery history follows the provider's retention window.

Website analytics
We use Umami Cloud to understand which products visitors explore and where shopping becomes difficult. We send public page and product identifiers, selected catalog options, quantities, and limited interaction events. We do not send customer names, contact details, entered search or personalization text, private order links, or payment references to analytics. We do not use session recordings or connect analytics to customer accounts.
Umami processes connection information such as your IP address and browser information to derive location and group activity into visits. Its documentation states that it does not store IP addresses. Visit-level analytics is separate from our order records and is not an aggregate-only dataset. See Umami’s privacy policy for its data practices.
Analytics does not use tracking cookies. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals and do not work around browser blockers. You can also . This preference uses local browser storage; clearing that storage removes the preference. Shopping remains available when analytics is disabled.
Order links saved in your browser
After checkout, your browser keeps the private link to your order page so an Order(s) link can appear in the menu. The link stays in this browser’s local storage and is not sent to us or to analytics. Anyone using the same browser can open it, so on a shared device turn off Remember this order on this browser on your order page, or clear this site’s data. Each browser keeps its own choice.
